I came into the store twice this week, to which I was assisted by Brydie both times. Due to the complexity of my query and situation, I was unable to get what I wanted to get done in store on either occasion. However, both times I was in she provided me with all the information necessary to make an informed decision, and tried to help as much as she could throughout the entire process. She did the best job she could and I will be going back if I need any other assistance.

Excellent service in upgrading my phone and sorting a contract for my daughter. Very friendly and knowledgeable and left very happy with the phone I got and the contracts we agreed to.

Wasn't here for myself, a friend was sorting their phone, but the staff were all very accommodating, friendly and patient. The lady helping us was absolutely lovely with my 4 year old and made a big effort to include her in what was going on.

The shop is located in the heart of the retail park with ample parking. Once inside you will find a very limited range of dummy photos to see with only the most expensive phone actually being demonstrated.The staff were not very engaging and little information was on show regarding contracts. I spent 18 minutes in the store with my wife and nobody actually approached us.The store itself was very attractive with lots of fancy graphics, but if you want to actually look at photos to buy, then this is not the best place to visit.

Genuinely no point in this shop being here… call EE, they can do better prices, deliver phones quicker, organise repairs better. They’re unhelpful and just plain lie.Just call EE instead

Awful staff, only went in to look at early upgrade and I was spoken to like dirt, and talked down too. They think there better than everybody, I can understand why there was nobody else in the store yet O2 was busy, EE you will lose your customers with them working here
