Easy simple Evri drop off point, machine has always been working as of September 2023 onwards (based on my frequent visits to here dropping parcels off). Shopkeeper is friendly and kind too.

Amazon return with no problems today. Printed label at the shop. I've read some reviews that this is not an actual Hermes ParcelShop. I risked it and visited anyway today. The printer worked and the same day I got an email from Amazon saying my return was processed.
