DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.After being a customer for 12 years, an annual invoice was sent apparently 5 times, which I never recived. I never recieved a phone call either, but apparently they tried to call me once.My website domain name was not renewed so I lost it, strangely my domain name has been bought by a Chinese telecom company.I now have to rebuild a new website under a different name, after trading under Emma Austin Garden Designs for 15 years.I will have to change my vehicle sign writting. Order new business card. Change the bank name. Change my trading name.I have an excellent client base and a very good reputation which has taken years and hard work to achieve as Emma Austin Garden Designs.The invoice was £50. But to rebuild a new website will take, not only cost, but valuable time. The time to change all of the above. Time is the biggest cost of any business owner.I am hugly disspointed in the amount of service I received, as there wasn't any. Andy counldn't be any more careless, of taking the responsibility of contacting a long standing existing customer. In fact, I quote from Andy It's only £50!"The fact is yes
