Such an amazing company to work for! Cannot fault them, the last 4 months have been amazing and continuing on I am very happy to be still working for them. Look after all staff/care for their needs. Great company and by far the best in stoke on trent. Cannot recommend enough!! Really go above and beyond

My mother has been receiving care from Teasdale Healthcare for over 6 months now, we can not speak highly enough of the wonderful team of care assistants who look after my mum, nothing is too much for them, and they all go out of their way to make sure she is happy and safe. I speak to the office staff regularly and have spoken with the Manager a few times and Owner on a couple of occasions, they are all friendly, polite and courteous, all they wish is for my mum to receive the best quality of care. Everyone is very approachable, they all seem genuine and compassionate. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for care for a relative, or for those looking for care for themselves, if you have the same experience as we have had, you won't be disappointed!

We are back with Teasdale, following some months with another agency.To say we are extremely happy would be an understatement.The care received by the staff for both mum and dad, is absolutely wonderful. They are patient, attentive, person-centred and professional.Also, I find the office staff approachable, thorough and focussed on my parents needs. The communication and support which I also receive, given that I do not live local to my parents, is outstanding.Thanks so much to everyone at Teasdale. You are truly making life a little easier, at this difficult time.

Teasdale was responsible for the care of my husband the carers were fantastic but the office staff on the other hand were not so good i had 2 office staff visit my home 1 who were really intimidating and rude calling me a liar also threatening to cancel my husbands care package which i did myself this was all because i had a telephone number of the carers who did my husbands care so i could text them if i wasnt going to be home in time for the carers to do their call they said it was against company policy so how do they think i got the phone number the carers gave it to me they have no rights to approach vulnerable ppl in that way disgusting behaviour

Booked a video call this morning on line no one called when I rang to ask why they said that the facility was only available Mon-Fri their booking system needs updating. General information regarding the organisation specifies drug/alcohol addiction supported however now inform me that is not the case miss information. Not very helpful

My mother started with Teasdale and the 1st visit were supposed to of met with the company they were taking over from and didnt turn up and on the same day didnt give her warfrin to her. Not a good start

I have worked for Teasdale healthcare for quite a while, firstly as a carer and now as a supervisor. The management are fantastic, extremely helpful and understanding. I have never worked for a better company, and plan on being here for a long time!The care staff that we have are brilliant and go above and beyond for our service users.All of the staff are supportive of each other and it does feel like we are all family. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Since taking over the care of my Mum, the staff have been fantastic, they just don't only meet her needs but give her time, talk and interact with her, treat her with respect and as a person, not just a job. Communication and any updates from the office are prompt and informative, with friendly, professional attitude. Highly recommend them. They have made such a difference and I can go to work knowing my Mum is in best hands.

Work for these guys right now, not sure what the bad reviews are about....been with them for about 8 months now. All the ladies I work with as carers are great, we all get a set rota each week, things don't change, unless rota's are updated with any new clients. We get paid £9.45 at the mo, which is way better than a lot of companys, plus get mileage. Everyone who works in the office is lovely, they just had a new Manager who is way better than the last one too, the team is lovely to work for. Would recommend working for Teasdale to anyone wanting a career in care, they're brill.
