I engaged this business for cleaning a property.Work was done but partially.Extra payment was demanded than originally agreed on pretext that work was not clarified.Even after payment, cleaning work was not completed only to be discovered later by agent.Repeat follow-ups were ignored, phone number changed.Edit: (after response from owner)- I paid for complete deep clean of house including oven.- I only requested cleaning of oven as promised. All attempts are conveniently ignored till I posted review as last resort. Numerous calls/texts have been attempted on new number. Easy to target landlord as bad guy as we are sitting ducks.- I had paid for extra amount which was requested for cleaning oven/collecting rubbish together.- Your assumption was the property was occupied from November is not correct.- I can happily share evidence of photos where rubbish was left out in back garden of house for which I had to engage others.

We had our 2 sofas cleaned by Top2bottom.Very professional people both Keith and Rachel .The standard of cleaning was exceptional. Never stopped for a break once.I would highly recommend this company to anyone.Apparently they also do car interiors and full car valeting by professional valeters.

I've enjoyed their services for the past two years. They are very thorough and always willing to make adjustments to cleaning times despite short notice. I strongly recommend Top2Bottom cleaning services.
