Clean and good residence. Shame the lifts dont work here anytime.

Its okay however, with better accommodation for a similar price next door its nothing special. If your a first year give david moxon a miss if you want bigger and better living arrangements. However, as they only allow first years into David moxon its much easier to transition into university life by living here. But the choice is up to you. In my opinion not worth it, it needs sprucing up as the halls, particularly inside the rooms, have really started to show its age.

Its amazing out there

I had the displeasure of staying here during my first year at Solent in 2015. The rooms were outdated and the kitchens were missing essential appliances (such as proper hobs). To put it simply, I spent more time living on a sofa at my friend's place at Mercury Point.
