The station is clean, customer service is pleasant. The lifts are mainly in order and there is good bus connections, including a service to East Mids Airport!

Very good clean and tidy station with outlets such as Costa Coffee, WH Smith Newsagents and Uppercrust snack bar before your travel. There are kiosks to buy tickets but I find these under-manned at times. As a downside be careful of the parking there is long stay and short stay and dropping off is not clearly displayed. There is also a caged in cycle park for commuters

Decent!Clean Toilets and fairly clean waiting areas - my only complaint was the lack of Air Conditioning being on in the waiting lounges, when its humid, the hot weather just makes the lounge areas act as a greenhouse! lolApart from that can't go wrong...

Clean station. All of the platforms are spotted easily and you can find signs in everywhere. All the staff are friendly as well. Close to town centre and Derbion.

My family lives there, it's practically my most familiar ground apart from Edinburgh and Leeds of course. Derby is just small, your appreciation of the city depends on your age really. Maturity plays a a great role to its setting since the early and 2000s.

Generally quite good, situated fairly close to the city centre so access to the shops is easy. The station is a decent size, although it's small in comparison to other cities, it's fairly modern but is starting to show it's age in certain areas.Tickets are pre bookable; however, there's also a staffed ticket office and self service machines. An assortment of shops and a coffee shop is located in the main entrance as are cash machines. There's also coffee shops, waiting rooms and toilets on the platforms. The staff are friendly, polite, and really helpful and the station is easy to navigate. The platforms are incredibly cold and windy during the winter so wrap up warm.

Arrived on time and felt better that if I'd driven!Derby train station is visibly of a newer modern construction, maybe not as interesting as it Victorian counterparts. Was easy to navigate around the platforms and to find the exit. Was a sunny finish to my trip and now for the short walk to where I'm now headed.

Not a good station for bike users as the stations lifts are way too small for. Ikes. Have to push them up and carry them.

This was a fantastic station to both arrive and depart at, with appropriately sized platforms for the different trains! The design is modernized, navigation is easy through the signs and the platforms are well connected. Departure boards are kept up-to-date, staff were friendly and cleanliness had been maintained!
