Unfortunately after querying an invoice, it's breakdown etc, there appeared discrepancies which then led onto aggressive interaction & when suggested quotes were issued prior to any job to avoid such 'surprises' and misunderstanding, was told in a very defensive and aggressive manner that they didn't have time, have never done them, and will never do them. A shame as this could have all been avoided. Unfortunate too that the proprietor wasn't worried about customer care/service or bad feeling.Was also assured that VAT was inclusive on all products, yet note on invoice it's been added on after being confirmed that the price told did indeed include the VAT.

Visited the company for advice on satellite cable problems. I had good chat with the guy there. I had good guidance and managed to obtain the parts I needed. Simple fit and worked immediately. Thanks
