Dr Jordan is a narcissistic failure of a doctor. She is rude and gets stressed out easily. Diagnosed me with an infection and put me on a course of strong antibiotics just from a subjective assessment on the phone. When i went to A&E to get a second opinion they were shocked about this and immediately took me off it. My issue was not an infection. I was clearly in extreme pain. She just wants you out of her hair.

The receptionists and doctors have always been so helpful and friendly, whether it be general queries, in person or by phone appointment. Very happy with the service received and would recommend the surgery :)

Generally a good surgery. I have serious health issues and received great care. One thing which could definitely be improved is receptionists loosing prescriptions etc. a huge hassle for someone immunocompromised as I have to put myself at risk unnecessarily and my organ transplant. Some consistency would be nice. Can’t fault the doctors at all, always quick to call back and great care.

Absolutely appalling service from all doctors. After 4 failed attempts they still can’t get to the bottom of an ear infection. After 4 different sets of antibiotics still no joy. Will definitely be changing surgery

Very incompetent service offered by Dr. Benjamin who wrote off a lump on my husband's chest as nothing. Today he's had to have a biopsy scheduled in by the hospital next week as it could be related to his recent cancer diagnosis of the oesophagus that Dr Benjamin also failed to pursue. Dr Benjamin has lost notes requested by paramedics my husband resorted to in place of the doctor due to pains in his chest.Another incident today at the surgery when they were unable to locate an urgent prescription from the hospital. The receptionist didn't realise where it was until I followed up with a phone call.My husband moved practice today. This GP surgery has demonstrated serious incompetence at every level. This has had serious impact on my husband's health and delay in treating his cancer.

AVOID. Used to be good. Appalling now due to their post-covid arrangements. The doctors are almost entirely locums now and you'll get no consistency. I'm switching to another surgery and recommend anyone else do the same.

Worst surgery I have ever walked in to. It is such a shame that you have to change surgery when you move to a new area. Doctors only do one job, which is prescribing painkillers instead of botgering to diagnose. Terrible. I regret to having to change my old surgery which was busy for good reason.

I just tried to register with this surgery as I am new to the area and ill. I had to call twice and was on hold for a while. Then was told to walk to the surgery to pick up a form. When I asked if I could have it emailed over, the receptionist said bye" and hung up on me. Not a good first impression."

Recently have had to use the surgery quite frequently and have always managed to get an appt on the day when I’ve called at 8am, often being offered either face to face or phonecall. Can’t fault this in the current climate of lack of GP’s. Both Dr Jordan and Dr Mullaney have been really helpful.
