Absolutely fantastic place to be at for any Warhammer-that-sort-of-stuff fan! Quite spacious store with many amazing things displayed, ranging from terrain pieces to amazingly painted minis. I really appreciate very friendly and knowledgeable customer service! From simple greetings to answering my noobie-like questions as well as personal experience. Greatly recommend!

Popped in for a paint, didn't have it, BUT great advice on where to get it. Had a friendly chat for a couple minutes with store manager and another customer. Really happy, safe vibe to the place

Ryan at Warhammer Crawley is welcoming and enthusiastic. He has been a great help in getting my son started. We've been going to the shop for games and advice and we've never been steered wrong.Today whilst my son played I got to enjoy building a figure (goes to show age and experience don't matter!)

The staff member is exceptional. He is very welcoming and friendly. I went in with very little Warhammer knowledge and he happily helped me pick out some gifts, talked me though the basics and invited me to come back for a painting lesson.The level of care he puts into helping and talking to his customers is next level.

Absolutely amazing and if you say you are new, you get a free Warhammer which you get to paint and build in store. Would definitely recommend!

A genuine pleasure to shop here. Manager has a wealth of knowledge and is very enthusiastic about the hobby. Don't be scared to go in or afraid to look like a newbie, he's happy to help and as other reviewers have said, there are no stupid questions to ask.

I been a fan of Games Workshop/Warhammer since I was a kid and I'm kinda familiar with their shops. It's been a good 15 years since I been to one though because I don't play warhammer..however I am a cosplayer and build props/costumes and I needed a very specific paint for a costume I'm working on.I went in and spoke to a very knowledgeable and professional chap called Ryan at Crawley branch and he was amazing! He understood exactly which green I needed and ordered it for me . He is a credit to the shop and franchise. I was so oppressed by this young man that I have written to his hq to praise him too.Great shop, well kitted out for all your warhammer and painting needs. So impressed.Thanks Ryan!

It's a very nice shop. A few weeks back we were just window shopping here with our 6 year old daughter. The guys at the shop were very nice and friendly to us. If I may remember correctly they are going to have a tenth anniversary for the shop this month. Congratulations and best of luck guys.

Ryan has been an absolute joy to come in and see, he's so enthusiastic and friendly that i look forward to coming in weekly for games or just to shop about and ask questions, plus he taught me and my partner each step of the way to learn the game and really get into the hobby which i cant thank him enough for - 10/10 will keep returning for the future
