Lovely place with great views. With the tables they provide binoculars so you can sit out and view the board etc. lovely selection of drinks and delicious sausage rolls! Will be returning ❤️

Nice dog friendly cafe overlooking the river . Inside and balcony ( binoculars on each table ) and low level tables . You have to go up steps to cafe entrance .

A hidden gem of a cafe on the beautiful banks of the river deben. We had a feast of rolls, quiche and cakes as well as coffee and ice cold cokes.Everything we ate was delicious but huge shout out for the lemon and elderflower drizzle cake! This cafe is on a hill but does have seating outside downstairs and the staff are lovely.

On a very rainy day this little cafe was a lovely place to stop and refuel. Just getting back to normal" after lock down - so inside seating was not ready yet - there was plenty of space outside and as it happened under the cafe too. Service was good

Found very expensive. Two cheese and pickle rolls, and two teas over £30. Service was very slow, had a long wait for two rolls in such a small place. On the upside, the rolls were fresh and nice and the tea was a good cuppa.

Even on a grey day in summer it's a lovely place to come and have a drink and a bite to eat and enjoy the magnificent views over the quay. The veranda seating is great for enjoying the viewsWhilst your having a hot drink and slice of cake. The lemon placenta was very light and very yummy? Highly recommend it. Parking opposite by the ferry crossing, if travelling on motorbike be careful as there is loose gravel on the car park and this can catch you out if your not careful

Lovely Cafe run by 3 Very Nice Ladies.Food was Excellent and well priced.If it's on the menu try the Butternut Squash Soup it's Lovely. 10/1018/09/23 called in again whilst on holiday, just gets better!!!!

We had the best hot chocolate and the best fruit scone we have ever had!! The scone was just out of the oven and light and fluffy. The cafe overlooks Bawdsey and the staff are really happy, friendly and helpful. A real find!!
