Waiting times are ridiculous, ordered my prescription 5 days prior, turned up and was told its not ready and to come back in 3hrs time, I came back in 3hrs time and was told to come back later again.Poor management, terrible wait times, always apparently understaffed, often don't have in what you need and still won't have your prescription ready even with 5 working days notice.

Waiting times to buy medical items is appalling. Nothing on the shelves is priced(which I believe is illegal)Whilst waiting(for so long) at the counter I noticed how filthy it was behind the counter. What a dirty dive for a chemist shop. It was disgusting!If I could leave no stars I would. Will not be going back.

I used this pharmacy for the 1st time today and aim for it to be the last, unhelpful staff, pharmacist dealing with medical issues openly in front of customers and several people turned away due to lack of stock. I left and went to Tesco who couldn’t have been more helpful. I will avoid at all costs - god awful!

Didn't want to give one star but Google made me!So for starters none of the staff have a clue what they doing !I witnessed a tall blonde women with glasses shouting at a member of staff in fact swearing and shouting at another staff member while I was waiting in a queue! After waiting in the queue for 15 minutes listening to this women shouting and swearing I decided to take my custome else where as I know a number have people have! I think the staff need to have lessons on how to speak to people and how to actually do there jobs as my pervious visits has shown this is not something they are capable of!! So sad to see all the old staff have left used to be a lovely pharamcy id advise everyone to stay away! Even the cleanliness is diabolical the floors are disgusting there is dust every where the shop is empty constantly place wants closing down!!I've also had a number of incorrect items as well as other people's prescriptions in my pharamcy bag when picked up

Oh so very very slow, customers have to repeat themselves due to language barriers. 10 people in the queu only one person on till good half hour wait to drop of prescription request why not have a drop box for this situation..why have poor trainee on the till by themselves maybe get more actual pharmacists in cos there is only ever one... seems like an accident waiting to happnen

Since this chemist changed hands it has gone from bad to worse. Waiting times are ridiculous, even prescriptions that may have been in a week or a fortnight aren’t ready when you go to pick them up and even worse than that. When you’re told they have no penicillin, asked if you’re paying , suddenly they find the antibiotics and say they’ll make the prescription up. Which is disgusting!

They don't order stock until a prescription comes in which then either delays your meds or there is no stock and you have to search other chemists out.. used to be a good chemists.. terrible now!

This pharmacy is a joke!!! All they do is tell you to come back and it’s never ready when you do come back! Opening hours were ideal for me working but I have had to move family! Seems too be all new staff who have little or zero experience…. Or knowledge! Me and my family have Moved to scotts to see if any difference. Good riddance clevechem!

Waited almost an hour for antibiotics. I know they can be busy but when people where coming and going, getting served with in minutes and I'm still sat there after an hour Think they completely forgot about me . Another couple of people had to go elsewhere as had no stock . They cannot cope with the demand . Different pharmacy for me from now on .
