Single storey rear extension - absolutely excellent builders. Quality of finish and speed of build surpassed our expectations. Builders on site were a great bunch of lads and nothing was too much trouble for them, had some great ideas that we hadn't thought of. Would definitely recommend :-)

Fantastic work! ARC had previously completed a loft conversion for us a couple years ago and we got them back late 2018 to create a modern open plan kitchen, dinner, living space. You’ve created an amazing family space for us that will genuinely improve our family life. ARC managed the whole build including kitchen design and installation and flooring. We've just had a new kitchen designed, built and fitted by ARC. The project took about 12 weeks once work started and involved building a single storey extension, effectively doubling the size of the existing kitchen to create a spacious and modern kitchen/diner in an Edwardian period terraced house. The tradesmen carrying out the work were highly skilled, polite and friendly, with the neighbours commenting on how friendly and tidy they were. Nothing was too much trouble for the lads working on site. They were a pleasure to have in our home. We have no hesitation in recommending them if you are a considering having work carried out.

Having had a less than fabulous experience with a local competitor our interaction with ARC has been extremely good. At the design phase a proper site visit was undertaken - very important as our property is 200 years old old and quirky. This exposed various issues that the other company had not even thought of and changed significantly the overall plan. The designs were produced promptly, we were listened to and changes we requested were either incorporated or improvements on them suggested. When it came to the construction phase ARC used all their own staff, there were no pauses when anybody disappeared or was not available and the work is of a very high quality. An unexpected complication was dealt with very professionally and we are delighted with the end result. The price was competitive for the work done. Overall we would strongly resommend ARC.

ARC guided us through a heavily altered plan after party wall problems and were professional and understanding throughout. Their communication was excellent and the job when completed was great. Thank you to Gary, Paul and team.

Arc replaced and installed our new bathroom, cloakroom and updated the electrics in the property. All of the work they undertook was to the highest standards and the team were incredibly professional and diligent. I would be happy to recommend them anyone in the area.

Arc have just complete our loft conversion and we are delighted with the end result. Through the entire process Gary, Paul and the rest of the team have been incredibly supportive and responsive. Due to issues with our architect we needed to rely heavily on their prior experience and knowledge to ensure the build ran to schedule and achieved our brief. Their attention to detail, both externally and internally, has achieved a very high standard finish in keeping with our original features. Our neighbours have commented a number of times on the manner in which the teams have conducted themselves in the immediate environment.Would recommend Arc without hesitation, and in fact have already done so!

ARC undertook our loft conversion in 2015. Communication from the team was great, they worked hard to get job completed within schedule and the finished work was superb. From that experience wouldn't have had any other builders except ARC do a kitchen extension / new kitchen fitting in 2017. Superb service again from the entire team and couldn't be more pleased with the finished product. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend ARC to anyone thinking about a home improvement project.
