I wish I had known about this place 10 years ago, might have saved myself all kinds of car related stress. As it is, I bought a car off them a year ago, they were incredibly helpful and friendly and the car was great. When a sensor failed they replaced it straight away under the warranty with no fuss and they've carried out the service and MOT with no drama. Just booked my daughter's car in for its MOT, don't want to use any other garage now.

Graham and his colleagues have gone above and beyond to help resolve an issue I have had with my car, after buying it from another dealership a couple of months ago. I will definitely be using Autoworld for its servicing/mot moving forwards. Thank you!

Partner broke down with clutch failure on M23 in a Friday rush hour on a looming bank holiday weekend- rang Graham in a mad panic and he was brilliant- can't thank him enough for solving where does the car go once it is recovered when the garage is closed- it all worked beautifully- the car was left by AA at the allotted place and repaired very quickly-within 10 days-- full new clutch- considering most garages have lead in times of weeks. To be able to come up with practical solutions when it could not have been a worse time was something I can't thank Graham enough for - worth every penny. After looking about for a couple of weeks we spotted a car that suited our needs. We’re often put off by garages sales pitches and pushy salesmen. This couldn’t have been more different. Chris literally let us look around even advising us we were looking in the worst light. From start to finish he couldn’t have been more helpful and we will definitely be back in future. We will also be using for our service and MOT’s. One of the best experiences we’ve had.

Great dealership. Liaised with Chris, answered all my questions regarding a vehicle I was interested in. Once purchased, it was in great condition with a new valet. I took out the 12 month warranty they offer - which is exceptional! As long as you take it for a 6-month service they will fix any issues with the car for you. I unfortunately suffered a corroded rear subframe (no fault of Autoworld I must add). They fixed the car with no questions asked in a super fast turn around (4 days)! I was dealing with Graham for this work and he was equally polite and kept me well informed through the whole process. Cannot recommend this dealership enough!
