My first time in ordering previous order by district nurse spoke to caron most helpful and friendly sent out a couple of ifo.. Books arrived 2 days later caron said to phone any time if I was unsure about any other thing to just ask as I am carerimg for my husband HIGHLY RECOMMENDED CO COMPANY AND A HUGE THANK YOU CARON GREATLY APPRECIATED FOR YOUR HELP X

Cares a lot for staff or customers don’t go anywhere else

This company should be a cause of concern to anyone genuinely interested in safe & effective elderly care. My caree was referred to them by his stroke nurse. The 'specialist nurse advisor' who arrived with the sole intention of 'selling' Great Bear products could not have been more contemptuous of his well-being (have photo evidence). I fed back both to Great Bear & the referrer; there was a very half-hearted apology but I told them we wanted nothing more to do with them, especially as 'do no harm' seems more a barrier to sales than a principle with their 'nurses'. To add insult to what was genuine injury, they've still got my caree on their data-base - he's just received their Christmas card, with a glossy leaflet to use more NHS funds on trying more of their ludicrously unsuitable products. Very annoying when said funds could have been used to offset our own considerable costs going OTC in the absence of a genuine service.

This company is awful do not trust.

I need to call this company as part of my job for the past 3 months the service has shot down hill.The Staff are rude and require träning as its clear they have received none.They need to learn how to deal with customers and not get upset and demand to know why we went through more of a product than usual.How dare you tell me my staff need träning because we requested an Extra pack of foam strips.
