I don’t recommend. I’m regural customer from 4 year. On Friday 17 March I lost more then £700. I spoke with manager about it, request any promo £50-£100. He was rude and ignored me. I wrote complaints the same day, to this day none contacts with me. I’m very dissatisfied on customer service there. Many time before when I was in even 5hrs- none offered me any drinks, no food. I prefer to spend my money somewhere else then here

Staff are helpful and useful although the waiting time is longer than expected

First time in a long time. Queries about card. Wanted id photo etcThen when roulette machine had printing problems regards winning ticket. Took ages to sort outWe joked about casino hospitality. But it would seem all that is lost. Casinos are not what they used to be. But i quess the with online gambling......Beer and food a little more pricey, but can expect that

Nice cosy Casino, which has two floors. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Nice choices for gambling.The food choices are decent, tasty and the value for money; 3 course meal for £12.95 and the portions sizes are hearty.Non- alcoholic drinks (coffee, tea, soft drinks) are free when ordered at the bar or while gambling.Shame there is no free parking like the other one near by, though it is in the heart of the town centre.Stating the obvious here, but you have to be over 18, though not so obvious if it is your first time there - you will have to join as a member (which is free though may require a few extra minutes, so remember to bring ID).Dress code: I believe smart casual, though try not to wear shorts or flip flops; they could refuse entry.

Like all gambling places, in my opinion, it's a bit soulless and depressing. The staff, however are friendly, helpful and hospitable and we felt looked after on a quiet Thursday night.
