Lovely donuts! Very good quality and quite cheap for how good they were! Iced coffee was lovely too! Lovely staff, would visit again!

I ordered 2 Large Ice Latte from UberEats App. They charged me for Large size although they replaced with the smaller size cup. They never refund you for their mistakes. This is disappointing that Dunkin keep doing these type of mistakes. I hope they’re not doing this on purpose.

Missing whole box of doughnuts with £14 from just eat order number 132 447 736. There excuse was that the driver walked off before he could take the box. I received two drinks an absolute joke! And they are unable to contact the drivers

They never put enough syrup in the iced lattes, it always just taste like a watered down bitter cold brew, and when you ask for more syrup staff act like it’s a huge inconvenience to them. But when it’s made right they are great

First time trying a Dunkin Doughnut and I really enjoyed my Maple Crumble.We used the self service machine to order a Rocky road, Maple crumble and one other doughnut. (Similar self service machines to Macdonald's with the pictures on the machine).Lots of variety flavour wise, also there were plenty of limited edition valentine's doughnuts.Seating was available both on the ground floor, with more downstairs.Hot drinks are also available to buy.

Drinks were cold. Had to ask for new ones. Seemed to be only one member of staff on duty. Otherwise enjoyed our food and drink.

Previous visits were great, and it had been a while since I've been in. I will not be going back any time soon. I'm not sure what's happened in the gap from my last visit, but the standards have plummeted. The doughnuts were soggy and tasted vile. Not only that, but the cream" filling made my stomach churn. I've had this doughnut before

DUNKIN' Exchange Arcade
This looks small from the outside but there's a lot of seating down stairs! Plus rest rooms. We love the coffee at dunkin'. I don't like any doughnuts and so can't comment but the two members of staff on shift during our visit were really nice and friendly, well be back!
