Horrendous customer service. Get a choice of 2 direct debit dates which neither was any good for me. Told I had no choice. So iv cancelled the direct debit and told them to bill me each month....now they aren't billing me at all! Spoke to like a child by the agent I spoke to.. wish I could go back to Anglian water. This is the year 2023 not 2003 what sort of backwards company doesn't let you pick a DD date.

We are very pleased with the service from IWNL.We moved into a new build property in 2020 and I hunted for our water supplier but no one could point me to our water provider (not even the landlords). We then get a letter through the post from IWNL saying they are now our provider.After giving them a call they got us setup with an account and back dated our bill.The bill wasn’t half as bad as we were expecting plus they went ahead and put us on a short term payment plan to make it more manageableIt’s the customer service that has really stood out to us so far, always been lovely when speaking to them and very helpful.We are looking to move soon and are really hoping they are the new provider as well.Thank you!

Don't trust them. Numbers never seem to stack up.

Already 1 week basically whole customer support team can't change incorrect details that they incorrectly set up in my account.Three customer support employers basically did nothing to help me with the following:- Change Address from Flat XX to flat NN- Change meter serial number from TTTTTT to NNNNNNNThey are fully aware of situation, but basically can't change anything. This is ridiculous. Why do you have 24 hours a day and 7 day a week support team that barely can't help with basic things? This is a third time that I'm trying to reach with this issue! How many people required to change two numbers?

Horrible customer service

Employed a complete cowboy of a contractor to install a fire hydrant outside where I live on a brand new estate. Destroyed the nearby planter by filling it with sand, permanently scratched and marked all the brick paviors and kerbs due to using no protection when changing machine attachments, mud and sand left and tracked all up and down the road, broken pieces of glass and mud left in adjacent car park, spots of oil from leaking machine everywhere. While the contractor was a cowboy, this was reported to IWNL so that the area could be set right and cleaned. They failed to deal with the issues raised despite multiple calls and emails. This is a poorly run company who do not deal with issues.

Trying to close account for 2 weeks. Totally useless customer services. Not producing final bill. I was told 5 working days and after 2 weeks they can not help!

The website is very archaic! Was like going back in time when internet was first launched. Wasn’t able to choose my address on the website, had every number but mine. Had to then cancel whole account and open a new one. Not even had a letter from them.

Useless company that destroy peoples boilers and then couldn’t care less about helping. Flushed mud through my boiler and now don’t want to know about it. Unacceptable, incompetent and I hope they go bust.
