Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish with Quality Garden Buildings. Their showroom at Stubbings has so many different options in display and through the design procee there are even more options and customisations available. A truely bespoke product which can be fully customised to your available space. Delivery and fitting was first class, ours was built in 1 day! The team that delivered and installed were tidy, polite, very courteous and worked so hard! Highly recommended

Fantastic! We ordered the smallest size Lugarde cabin due to size of the space we had available back in March 2021. We had all sorts of questions over location, adding mains electrics etc etc so Derek came over and soon answered everything we needed to understand.Due to Covid delivery did take a bit longer than expected due to the global shortages - so unfortunately not much that could be done about that. Installation was in August and super quick - all done in one day - very impressed by the father, son duo! We opted for additional floor and ceiling insulation. We also had their recommended electrician install mains power, interior lighting and power points.The build quality and finish were first class along with the standard of electricals installed. Photos show before and after and final two were after treating the exterior and white washing inside. Its now May 2022 and still fantastic used daily as an office.We did a lot of research beforehand and the cost and value of the office is amazing when compared to other similar size / spec we looked at. Plus definitely added value to our house and flexible enough for a little sun house/hobby room!

I had a very mixed experience with QGB so wished to leave my feedback here for others, and hopefully for QGB to act upon for customers in the future.Ordering:We ordered our Lugarde cabin and paid a deposit on 15th July 2020, with an expected lead time of 9-11 weeks. In this initial stage Derek was helpful on the phone running through the specification and details.From this point on, I did not receive one proactive communication from QGB with any update on lead time/expected delivery for the cabin. The only proactive emails I did receive were when payment was due...I contacted them in August, no reply, September and October - Derek did then reply after i visited in person to ask what was going on.Long story short, I got fed up with waiting by December (week 25 odd), so in January 2021 asked to cancel the order - at which point the Cabin had been finally produced and shipped to the UK, so it was too late to cancel.Installation:No issues at all with the installation - we had a father son team put the cabin together over 5 days, very friendly and courteous. Considerate as well. They worked all weathers in the week from snow, rain to sun. Only drawback is that some of the internal timber got quite muddy but nothing that I couldn't wipe off once they had finished. Electrician was a little rude though and entered our house (unnecessarily as we weren't having it connected to the house) during Covid lockdown without waiting for the door to be answered on two occasions.Final product:Generally happy - cabin is smart, added a couple of extra lights at the front at additional cost. I have a few snagging issues with the cabin that have become apparent after using it for a few weeks. We paid the additional money for wall insulation, however a couple of the windows don't seem to be terribly well fitted - can see daylight out of the top of them, so the air leakage doesn't do much for keeping the heat in! Window fixture also out of alignment, and wasps able to get in through the ceiling somewhere.Contacted QGB to ask for any advice on how to rectify the large air gap above the window which didn't seem fitted correctly on 1st April 2021, and guess what? no reply...!

Having researched various garden room companies both online and in-person we had a very good idea of what we needed and what our budget could buy us. After reviewing the various products that matched our requirements we decided that we would erect a wood cabin in our garden to provide additional office space.In late 2021 we visited QGB after hearing from local friends and family of their broad range of products ,fantastic subject matter expertise and their comprehensive range of garden rooms at their onsite showroom.From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome and left to explore their range in private and at our own pace. We soon found the building we thought best met our needs after firing LOTS of questions and queries at the QGB team to ensure that we were making the right decision for our requirements (apologies to Derek and Richard!). We were overwhelmingly reassured by the patience the friendly approach and the excellent customer service provided by all of the team – both onsite and subsequently via email correspondence.From the initial stages of engagement and throughout the entire purchasing process from the first viewing, through to the design, order placement, delivery, installation and post-installation support – the QGB team demonstrated their understanding of our specific needs and were extremely accommodating in ensuring that our expectations were met.The cabin was ordered in December’21 and delivered a few months later in April’22 (the delay owing to the Covid-driven backlog). We received a curtesy call from Derek in advance to confirm the exact delivery date and the exact location to where we needed it delivered - which the QGB team ensured was adhered to.We had also purchased the build service from QGB and this was just as efficient - with their builders arriving on time and taking less than the two days originally quoted to fully erect the building. The subsequent build was trouble-free and the team really polite and considerate to us and our neighbours.What we now have is a extremely well-designed, solidly-built Lugarde cabin which incorporates all of the personalised design changes we requested (door, wall and window locations amended from the ‘default’ designs and placements).It's 6 months since it was built and we are still extremely happy with having chosen Quality Garden Buildings. We are also grateful to have found and chosen such a well-regarded small local independent family-run firm (of 3 generations at the last count) – clearly a testament to how Derek and Dianne manage QGB.

Ordered a Lugarde garden building from Derek. He told us delivery in 5-6 weeks, which is exactly what happened. His team arrived the following week to build & paint the new structure. They worked hard and diligently to get it done in 2.5 days and then cleared the set efficiently. They were all very helpful and we are delighted with the new building.

Had our garden building installed a few weeks ago. Would definitely recommend. We have limited access to our garden but wasn't a issue for them!

Derek and the team at QGB have been a pleasure to do business with and have worked hard to build our new Lugarde cabin which looks fantastic and will give us a great office to work from. Can’t recommend QGB enough. Thank you Derek, Leigh, Richard and all the crew!
