It has been a long time since I have been in a Costa Coffee Shop . There has been a few changes to the world of going out but at last a bit of normal life.It was well run by the three ladies there very polite and efficient , a good cleaning program after each customer.

Location is good, and the place always seems to be busy, welcome is OK and the staff are friendly. Probably due to it being busy, it always looks a little scruffy, with trays piled up on tables which could do with a good wipe down. Perhaps if I call in when it's less busy this wouldn't be a issue. Overall it's a standard Costa, it's a good place to be with good coffee.

Don't visit if they only have 30 minutes before they close as the staff are quite rude and abrupt as clearly don't want to serve you, best to go over the road to the cafe a better atmosphere more polite and alot cheaper.

The team at Costa wickford are always exceptional and friendly and really do go out of their way when needed.I’ve been to several Costa across Essex and the difference between them and here is miles apart.Thank you for all the team here for their regular high service.

Our 1st visit to this wickford Costa. There was 6 of us altogether, and managed to sit together, inside. But there was also seating outside, with umbrellas. Staff all seem very friendly. Didn't experience any problems. Although we did struggle with the sound of the coffee machine, more than other costa's weirdly, we were struggling to hear each other at times. But would definitely visit again, due to staff all being friendly.

The service fast and effective what you come to expect at Costa, however here on the day both ladies serving were excellent hosts offered a range of items and generally made you feel it was a social experience rather than one in a series of mundane transactions. Charm not sure you can buy that, yet here, you can take it away or sit in and reflect, wasn't that a nice exchange. Great place good location. More attention to freshness in toilets would have earned the 5 *.
