Ilana has been helping me over the last 6 months with some challenging symptoms of Endometriosis. She has been friendly, patient, kind and empathetic. I have had great results with symptoms being much more manageable. I would definitely recommend Ilana.

Ilana listens. That's key to a great therapist!. She has helped me with various issues over several years and helped fix areas connected to my main problem which I never knew needed sorting! Hip problems, neck and shoulder, anxiety, depression, stress, and more recently sciatica.My first call for non pain medication is acupuncture. Can't praise Ilana enough. 10/10

Ilana was incredible with my 9 year old son. He was in a lot of pain in his feet, legs and shoulders and he walked out of their pain free for the first time in weeks! He also felt more relaxed over the next few weeks and slept significantly better.Ilana was kind, she really listened to him and he felt safe and relaxed!

I’m a long suffering IBS patient I have never used acupuncture before. I was recommended to see Ilana To say I was sceptical was the understatement of the year. After a couple of sessions with Her I felt so much better in myself the pain has disappeared I can’t recommend her highly enough she is just what was needed

I went to Ilana with so many menopausal problems, I was at my wits end, and totally fed up. She made notes of all my symptoms, aches and pains etc, she's very understanding and makes you feel completely at ease. Needles are placed in appropriate areas, and though you may feel like a porcupine, with soothing music in the background, and soft lighting, the experience is very relaxing! I've had a few treatments now, and I'm finding the acupuncture really beneficial. Wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend Ilana.
