The company must deal with the staff attitude they are too rude and arrogant. They never spoken friendly or polite with people. Eachtime we get to the car park they stopped us on the entrance and forcing us to pay online in front of them and show them our payment which is something illogical and I never saw in other car parking.

What a terrible company and extremely poor customer support. They reject your appeal no matter what evidence you provide. And then you have to pay the full charge of PCN. Its a complete rip off. Staff is extremely rude over the phone. I would advise to stay away from these car parks.

I always park here whenever I come to The Curry Mile, there are always plenty of available parking spaces. I paid £2.50 for a 2 hour stay.

Worst car park company ever! We paid for parking and still got fined. Don’t ever park here even if it means going to a different car park that charges a bit more, DO IT! It saves you the headache of this fraudulent car park.
