Newcastle Ear Care - Ear Wax Removal

First time having wax removal and I couldn't of asked for a better service. I couldn't hear out of my left ear because of wax. So I enquired on the website and got an emergency appointment the next day, where one of the team visited my home on a Friday evening to do the removal, as I was going on holiday the Monday. The process was so quick and painless and fully restored my hearing. I was nervous at first as I didn't know what to expect but they explained everything and it was very educational infact! I would 100% be recommending Newcastle Earwax Removal as it's much more personal than Specsavers, plus they fitted me in quicker!

I went to see Beth this week and she checked my ears after having some pain in one ear, and although no wax needed removing, she took photos and explained everything thoroughly to me as to how this can occur. As she is a trained and experienced audiologist I felt that I could really trust her opinion, and that I was in very safe hands. Very professional and informative and I would really recommend!
