Excellent service from start to finish. New driver door fitted, plenty of communication keeping me updated on progress!

Unfortunately cannot give no stars. Avoid if you can. My car had to go back 4 times due to the poor quality of work conducted by this repair shop. Visible defects in the paint, contamination of the paint and ragged edges where the lacquer met the edges of the panel. Check everything as the lad I was dealing with said to me most customers would not notice these defects. To be honest it should not have passed their internal quality if they have any. Stevie Wonder must have checked it and passed it off. They are part of a large company from down south but the quality of repair is absolutely awful. Seem to get passed about too when you complain about the quality of their work.

AVOID, only 1 star cause there isn’t an option for none !! My insurer sent my car to ABL after an incident, they’ve had my car since the 5th July which I was meant to collect on the 31st (still not got it back as of 10th August) I’ve been given 5 different dates to collect the car 3 of which I had to ring up about to make sure I could collect only to be informed that it was going to be delayed each time because they hadn’t finished works, not to mention the attitude I was given when ringing the shop.I question their total ability as a body repair shop as they’re replacing parts they previously stated were repairable.Luckily my insurance have paid for the damage because if I spent my gruellingly hard to earn wages with these jokers I’d be livid they have absolutely no consideration for the customer. I plead with any potential customer to use a more professional and organised garage

My husband has been awaiting his car to be collected and repaired off this company for now over 2 months through his insurance . They have booked in 2 times now and either cancelled in the day or not turned up with no reason and advised they would call to rebook then had 0 contact ! Every time we call we’re on hold for over an hour and a half to get through to someone the customer care and service is an absolute disgrace from this company !!!!

Garage has done an excellent job. They regularly kept me informed by telephone. Greame the manager was excellent. Great service

I must say, I highly advise steering clear of this particular establishment by all means! This branch, you see, has proven to be rather lacking in competence, I dare say. My vehicle has been in their custody for nearly six months, and yet, when the service was finally completed, they seemed utterly incapable of arranging a suitable platform for the car's return. Quite the inconvenience, I must confess.And as if that were not enough, even when I took the initiative to arrange for the car's collection, it appears that several days have passed, and I am still left awaiting its retrieval. It is truly quite disheartening to experience such delays and inefficiencies.One can only hope that, despite these rather woeful shortcomings, the quality of their workmanship will prove to be of a higher standard. Rest assured, I shall keep a keen eye on the matter and provide an update once I have the opportunity to inspect the condition of my car.In the spirit of maintaining a diplomatic tone, I must say that I do hope they can learn from these mistakes and improve their services in the future.
