Please avoid this company for your own good and safety. I purchased a car with payment upfront with Saf last May which I had some concerns about and equipment that needed ordering. Long story short, I refused multiple abusive messaged and voice notes from him which he deleted to cover his own tracks, unfortunately for him we have all of this recorded along with phone calls. He has also refused to speak to me about my vehicle and only to my boyfriend, regardless of me being the SOLE owner of the vehicle. This being now I feel strongly violated and discrimated against as a young woman. He has broken GDPR regulations massively for this company and shared my personal data and information to others without my consent. He treated me and my mother with sheer discrimination and immoral rudeness when we came to visit this evening to collect a parcel to then once again, be refused managers details or contact with one. I took a picture of the outside of the property for this review which he continued once again to send me a sarcastic abusive message once I had left to say 'thanks for your visit to collect your parcel, the pictures of the show room are on the website'. He is a smarmy, nasty person who clearly doesn't like women who can stick up to themselves against bad men!I have had to be in contact with Suzuki themselves this evening and I will be seeking further legal action to all of this as advised. Do NOT let this happen to you.

Do yourself a favour and buy elsewhere. They sold me a car with multiple botched bodywork repairs. It was falsely advertised as an ecoflex start stop model with £30 a year tax, it's not. The car has clearly had unrecorded accident damage and has been patched up by Mr Bean. Interior parts just thrown in the boot, some missing , the rear end of the car not even built back up correctly. Cracked light lenses headlight held together with bonding solution,paint runs down the rear bumper that appears to be made up of filler. 2 weeks ago both the front wheels came loose which luckily I was able to sort at the side of the road and car has gone into limp mode twice in the 4 months I've had it. The bodywork was supposed to have been sorted months ago.... No communication whatsoever. Don't waste your time or your money.

I have bought a car from them and cant complain. the customer service ease top tier as I had a lot of questions and they really put my mind at ease especially with warranty included. Highly recommend these guys.Thank you for everything MK Automobiles Ltd I really appreciate it.

My experience with mk automobiles was brilliant. Saf was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and kept me informed on the progress of the car. There was a few amendments required before I could receive my car which Saf got sorted straight away. Brilliant thank you

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! Save yourself the misery and inconvenience. Lost out on £195 after changing our minds within 24 hours. They do not care about customer rights. These guys are cowboys and con-artists. Please take your hard earned money elsewhere. Do your research on these people. Trust me not worth the hassle and stress! The cars advertised are NOT as stated. Proper dodgy cars, not even road worthy. I am surprised these people are even allowed to do business. They should be shut down for everyones safety!

Mk Autos has been a great garage for us, we bought a car here 5 years ago and brought it back for its MOT each year. This year Brian was honest with us about wait times, repairs process and was professional at all times and exactly what you want when getting a car fixed and MOT'd

Sold me an overpriced car on finance which had an issue within the 3 month warranty and getting the issue fixed by them was like getting blood out of a stone took days for a simple issue to be resolved. It also had never been serviced before as the engine oil was pitch black and in a petrol car this sure isn't normal and noww it has a water leak. Had the car just over a year. 3 month warranty insufficient. Sell dodgy auction bought cars fixed up by cowboy mechanics. At the time I needed a car any car desperately for work hence the finance but do your research and don't rush buying from them.

Just purchased my first car from here. Sarfraz was extremely helpful and made sure the car was in a perfect condition when we collected it. He went out of his way to make sure everything was top notch for me. Highly recommend and I absolutely love my car!

Avoid this garage like the plague. We have had nothing but issues with a car purchased 6 weeks ago and now the staff have turned abusive.I have never been spoken to so badly by someone who claims to be a professional sales person. He was offering no solutions upon me asking him to fix the issues.He was so aggressive and abusive that I would save your money and learn from my mistake.

After shopping around several dealerships in Rochdale, I came across MK Automobiles whilst looking for my first car. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! The communication and service throughout the whole process was great. There was no pressure to buy and the salesman clearly talked me through details of my finance agreement as this is the first big purchase I’ve made. I felt looked after and a valued customer, thank you again!
