Terrible - avoid at all costs. Brian the sales guy was great (previous owner). Current owner is awful, unresponsive and hides behind his receptionist. No communication at all.

The quality of the windows and doors supplied are good. Its the customer service and aftercare which is terrible. They are a nightmare to get hold of from start to finish. They do not deal with any issues after the install unless backed into a corner.I would never use this company again and would tell anyone considering it not to bother, there are fair better companies around.

All good until you need them to come back. Not a chance.... Buyer beware!

Ordered windows and doors from them in Jan , after numerous emails and calls they did not respond when I chased. At least they didnt take a deposit!. But still it was a waste of a good few months - If they just said they were unable to do it I would have understood got someone else to do it!

Bad experience following quotation from the previous owner of this company in the days when this company had a good reputation. Over a 3 month period communication was extremely poor and I found myself constantly chasing them. When the work was eventually scheduled they didn't turn up on the day. When I contacted them to establish what had happened I was told that they were not scheduled until Wednesday anyway and that the windows hadn't arrived on the van due to delays in Germany and the lockdown and that they would have to refund my deposit! This is very strange and with 3 months of waiting down the drain I now need to start again with another company!

We had windows and doors installed last July 2021 and the work never got completed. We are still waiting after 15 Months. Also when the windows arrived they were the wrong ones and the front door was fitted swinging the wrong way. Communication with the company is impossible as they never respond to messages or telephone calls. I would strongly advise not using them.

I have just had my windows replaced by Four Seasons Window Solutions Ltd, and I couldn't be happier! the windows are fabulous and of great quality, and really good value.The level of service received from this company is just brilliant, they are all extremely friendly.the fitter arrived on time, and literally did not stop! but more than that everything was left clean and tidy, you would not know they've been except for the bright new shiny windows!!I would thoroughly recommend this company not only for their professionalism, friendliness, but also for the quality and great value of the products.If you are thinking of getting any windows or doors, give them a ring, I don't think you'd be disappointed. :-)

I had a front door fitted and within a year the door handle is faulty. It took over 20 daily calls to get someone to have a look, the person never got back to me regarding next steps.It took another 18 calls to get someone else out and that person said he would come back out the same day probably but never returned or made contact.It took another week of daily alls to get a response and today, so spoke to the rude receptionist Yvonne who decided to hang up because I made it clear that I was not prepared to pay £102 for the repair -when I had already paid over £1,000 for the door in the first place.The total costs of my telephone calls is over £100 not to talk of the additional cost of £102 that they are now demanding.Shocking and disgraceful are two words that I will use to describe my experience.Stay away from this company- their customer service is appalling, hence the reason why they had a number of owners.

We had a glass conservatory roof replaced with a solid roof by this company. The job was well executed and the chap carrying out the fitting was excellent. However, some time later we experienced a leak through the flashing between the pre-existing wall and the new roof. It took several attempts to get a response but did eventually and a repair was carried out. We have recently experienced a similar leak and although I have attempted to contact the company on over 4 occasions I have had no response whatsoever. I would therefore strongly suggest that they are not used for whatever purposes you intend.
