Toad Hall Farm is an exceptionally run professional livery and rehab yard. Kim and her team are knowledgable, considerate and gentle with all the horses in their care. I am beyond impressed every time I turn up with the professional yet friendly atmosphere.

What an amazing facility! Caring knowledgeable staff, great attention to detail. The yard is well thought out, everything you and your horse could possibly need. Highly recommend Kim and her team.

This place really ticks all the boxes for a full livery yard. Well maintained, well thought out facilities with exceptional attention to detail, with the bonus of on-site therapy equipment. The care of the horses is second to none and my horse is the healthiest and happiest he’s been in a very long time!

We moved into Toad Hall early March and absolutely love it. Excellent facilities and a high level of care from all of the team. Really friendly liveries, super hacking and within riding distance of Alder Lake for clinics and course hire etc.

We have kept horses at Tod Hall for a fair amount of time over the past couple of years. On youngstock livery. We have always felt safe in the knowledge that they are checked properly and cared for appropriately. Now with new outstanding facilities we visit on a regular basis with the sports horses to make use of the water treadmill. I would 100% recommend the services of Toad Hall and would advise for people to be mindful of the couple of negative reviews from old liveries. Livery yards in general do usually have people that have mixed opinions on some things, this usually leads to squabbling and people leaving bad reviews months after departing / saying they’d had a wonderful experience to the owners etc are questionable... Kim and the team have looked after horses to the very best level for a number of years and are extremely experienced in all aspects of horse care. Should I need to send any of our horses away in the future I would absolutely take advantage of the incredible facilities on offer at Toad Hall and I would advise for any prospective clients to take a trip to visit, meet Kim, Doug and Tina and see for yourself what fab services they can offer you.

The facilities are 5* as is the service. The staff cater to each horses and owners individual needs and nothing is too much trouble. Both my horse and I are very happy liveries and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the yard to anyone!

The exceptional facilities that the owners have lovingly created at Toad Hall are obvious as soon as you come through the electronic gates. But Toad Hall is more than that. It is amazing because of the people. Kim, the yard manager has a heart of gold. Sy is our first family pony and we were complete novices when we arrived at the yard. Kim guided us through all issues big and small from what rugs to buy to what vet to use. I don't know what I would have done without her support and friendship.The liveries are also welcoming and lovely. We had particular help from one super kind livery who took my young daughters under her wing and helped give them confidence in their riding. She also helped us school Sy and what a transformation! Another livery regularly took my eldest out on her first cantering hacks - so kind and supportive. Toad Hall is a special place.

Great facilities and a great team. Easy to access with ample parking. Kim and team are friendly, helpful and accommodating. Being able to fit in weekly treadmill sessions for my pony early in the morning before work has been brilliant. I have a relaxed, happy pony going into the outdoor driving season, fitter than he has ever been, working in a more open frame, and with a significantly longer stride. The added bonus is he absolutely loves his time on the water treadmill.

After reading previous reviews, I was a bit doubtful but decided to check it out for myself and WOW, what a difference now that this yard is under new management! The facilities are amazing and the rehabilitation centre is an added bonus. Steph, the Manager and Doug, the owner are so helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. I highly recommend this place and would have given it a 10 star rating if I was allowed!

Toad Hall Farm has top class facilities as well as a lovely, friendly atmosphere. Kim and the team are knowledgeable and professional and are helping me to get the best out of my horses. My event horses visit the water treadmill once a week and I consider it an integral part of their training program. It helps to develop and strengthen their topline, which is particularly important as I work with a lot of exracehorses, as well as lengthening their stride and giving them a good full body workout with low impact on their legs. The horses are always happy and relaxed. We are very lucky to have such a brilliant facility near us.
