Don't have an option online to delete items such as onion/salad, ordered by phone had to pay cash, for the price wow!!! Sweet potato fries where literally black and tasted burnt didn't eat them, the sauce in the burger tasted weird and the whole burger itself definitely changed it from when it first opened also onion inside so had to throw it overall not impressed £24.80 for two meals that where awful.

I walked in to get a burger and was greeted by the scenary that can only be described as an episode of storage wars if hobbycraft had a sale on black paint and spray cans. Waited 12 minuites for a plain burger to open it and find all the garnishes found at the last supper , after waiting another 8 minutes I finally received my burger and it was not plain again , the guy then gaslights me to say I asked for lettuce and cheese , I am lactose intolerant so asked for no cheese and also dont like lettuce so wouldn't have asked for it .... After over half an hour I finally received my poor excuse of a burger and also not worth the money , cheers guys

Visited on a Saturday evening. I was tipped off about this place but a guy who knows all the local eateries and said this was the place to go. Although I'm sure I had part of the burger missing, the taste didn't disappoint. For anyone who enjoys a decent burger, this is the place to go.

Food took 2 hours to arrive, when it finally turned up the bun was dripping wet, the food was freezing and the chicken was burnt. Completely inedible. They also didn’t deliver our drinks. I called to ask them to send the drinks and two more burgers arrived two hours later. Never ordering from here again.

I am all round impressed with the service I received today. Our delivery driver had forgotten 2 drinks (I didn’t make a complaint because these things happen) and he brought them to my door 30 minutes later!!! He did not need to do this! Thank you so much for the great service! ALSO THE FOOD IS AMAZING!

I must say the burgers are simply delicious. I ordered all the burgers so far since they’ve opened and all of them were delightful. Service is quick for collection but a bit slow for delivery. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place.

picked burger up and was still cold and ordered in store they use good patties just very bad execution! 5 Guys kills this don't waste your money! Definitely not no smoking griddle (when griddle was good)
