Absolutely useless ordered an Apple Watch ultra told it should be in Tuesday it wasn’t Thursday get a call saying we ( the o2 store) can’t get it in but guess what they told me I could order it online from o2 and get it delivered to the store I only gave it one star because I couldn’t post without it

Been to this shop half a dozen times about endless issues I've had with 02 over the years, while they're perfectly friendly they are absolutely useless at fixing anything to do with either my brand new phone which has broken just six months after I brought it from them, or my contract which charges my twice as much money I could pay elsewhere for the data I use, or the awful signal which despite two phone change and two sim changes, can barely even load up a newspaper, do not use 02.

Shop is great....202 call centre is useless.Waste of space, bunch of goons, can't do simple tasks, foreign call centre abroad need to learn English.Stop messing up customers number.They will lose customers.....

Popped into the 02 shop Telford today with a problem with my Wi-Fi calling. Lovely girl Melissa who was attentive, professional and very helpful sorted the problem for me in super quick time. Extremely happy with the service I received. She’s a credit to the store, well done!
