NICE EXPERIENCE TODAY. When a patient is concerned for their health, sometimes what's needed at the first point of call, is a receptionist who does not make that patient feel like a nuisance for being there.I don't know the names of the ladies who were on reception this morning, Thursday 13th July 2023, but these two ladies were very helpful to an elderly gent, didn't speak with resentment to anyone at the window and worked together as a team.It all adds to a pleasant atmosphere in the waiting area, making the patient feel less stressed and more relaxed during their consultation.Thank You, Ladies. You deserve some positive recognition for your professionalism.

Possibly the worst GP practice out there. Such little care from most of the staff members, hardly any real help given, wish I started out at a different doctors but looks like I’m stuck here as we’re in the middle of a few health issues that they’re taking forever to deal with

If I could leave 0 star I would. Couldn’t get an appointment for 2 seperate instances for myself and my daughter, told to go online and do an e consultation. I’m still waiting a call back from a doctor in jan 23 from these two incidents that were summer 22!!!!I’ve now been trying to get through for a vaccine during pregnancy for 3 weeks! Cannot get through to a receptionist and keep getting disconnected it’s a joke! 31 weeks pregnant and needed this vaccination for weeks now. By the time they answer my baby may already here and vulnerable to the disease

Absolutely disgusting service. Rang at8am on the dot this morning to be told 53 minutes later I would receive a call from a Doctor sometime today. My partner who rang up and had the same symptoms was given exactly this. I however got a text to say an asthma nurse would call me TOMORROW. And I never received a call from a Doctor. So I tried to call back this evening, was on hold for 35 minutes this time, then the call was ended on their end before I got through.good job I'm not dying isn't it.

Never had a doctors surgery to be so amazing and quick, I'm mainly thankful to Dr parry for helping me get through a really tough year and making sure I was fully fixed. Everyone is lovely here and I see they are certainly doing their best to help people

I'm giving the receptionist of this surgery 1 star.Called the surgery after receiving some worrying news from a test I had. Receptionist wouldn't leave a note for the doctor to call me even though I was distressed and crying. Wouldn't help and just said I'm not sure what you want me to do?" or "no one will be calling you to discuss any results" as there was no appointments. Told her the results were worrying and I wanted to speak to someone to put my mind at ease (she knew what the issue was

Neglectful towards patients, refuse to help and tell you to seek private care. The NHS are killing their own service from the inside. Horrible and rude, no help at all. I suppose I will just have to continue living my life in pain while GP surgery waiting rooms stand empty.

A ridiculous service. Only take phone appointments. But will take over a week to get one. Today said they are fully booked with 50 appointments even though a&e told me to call my doctor asap on Monday. They also have told their patients via letter/text to NOT ring on a Monday… as if you can choose when you are unwell. On top of that, reception/phone handlers are incompetent and sound uneducated.
