I have worked here for over a year now and have seen many things, most bad.- Upper management seems to be rolling dice for decision making.- Inner flooring has many potholes where all sorts of FLTs must drive though. (Some have not been fixed for half a year)- Pallet rackings are damaged in multiple areas. Racking guards are bent and never fixed at all. (Over a year, still there.)- Pickers work alongside FLTs.- Extremely dusty without any air filters/AC. (Summers get extremely hot while winter gets extremely cold.)- Leaking roof that doesn't get fixed, stock is simply moved elsewhere.- Poor pay.- No paid sickness even on contract.- Teamleads tend to take sides if their friend is in trouble.

Bays are very thight together and not much room to move safely very old building could do with being knocked down.

I work there so I visit every day. Not a bad place to work with a chilled environment

Very bad for unloading container 5 hours for 700 boxes normally 1 to 2 hours for this tip .

its only 3rd week and ive been send home 3x already from pack of work for me for the way but its 2days in a row now. They send over texts for you to be real for morning or afternoon shift the way before but they don't have work for you, not very happy atm, hovewer the job by it self (at least my picking section) is quite enjoyable.

One of the worst delivery sites you'll ever do. Best part is the sense of humour the gate staff have

I know someone who works at the one near big sky. Who all ways getting council all the time. How come and they don't let him know it been council

Not recommended to work in here if you are looking for a tidy nice place to work so this option is not for you.. a lot people doesn't care about warehouse and even workers some of them are even racist locations of items are randomly placed for pickers to pick you have to search in different locations you will lose more nerves then you will earn mainly they recruiting people on busy times and watch out for agencies which you work in there some of them are so bad that you will lose you holidays payments hours.... Overall i wouldn't recommend to work in there.
