I would warmly recommend HRV for their flawless professionalism from A to Z. We required slightly tricky ventilation work in each of our two osteopathic clinics to ensure rooms met post-COVID air sanitation requirements for our patients and therapists. HRV were swift in visiting, scoping out the work, presenting an effective solution, installing it swiftly and efficiently whilst conforming to our COVID safety requirements, and leaving both sites in perfect order for clinic to resume the following day. I was using the HRV recently and was very disappointed with the job and customer service.First of all, an engineer come to the newly build flat (5 years old) and couldn't get to the ventilator. He made an excuse, that it need to be a man with the camera, extra visit and extra money. The management company reinsured me, that no extra man with camera was needed and the access is easy. After my calls and emails to the company I haven't heard from HRV. I only receive an email with extra £180 Quotation for a new visit. Feels like a rip off and deliberate overcharge. I suggest a visit the HRV engineer and Management house officer to see who is right, but HRV ignored my offer.

Harry, the engineer, was very friendly and knowledgeable, explaining how my system worked and what he was doing within the service.Would 100% recommend his services.

HRV Group have been immensely helpful in sorting out a recurring issue with our Airflow MVHR unit. HRV did an amazing job servicing my MVHR. Highly recommended if you are looking to have your system serviced.

I used HRV Group back in 2019 to service my system and all went well. I phoned in August to ask them back for another service and to additionally quote for some other work, the person I spoke with on the phone was curt and unhelpful. After going round in circles for a short while I was instructed to email as they could not find me in their system. To ensure they had all my details I dug out my original invoice for work completed in 2019, forwarded to the email address I was provided along with my written request. I emailed on 15th August, chased on 2nd November and 3rd October with no response so gave up when December rolled around. On each occasion I emailed, I received an automated acknowledgement of receipt of my email. Totally rude and unprofessional.
