The Lovett Team provided a first class service.

We dealt with Lovett's as a buyer and the service was received was amazing! Communication was excellent throughout, constantly checking in with the solicitors for updates looping in ourselves or the sellers on correspondence so we were all kept in the loop and the celebrated with us when the sales was finalised. Beyond disgusted,disappointed absolutely fuming and confused with what these people have done to us and put us through. We went to view a house, put an offer in the same day. The very next day was told we was successful.That's where it all started they wanted us to use all of their in house mortgage advisors and all their legal teams, the greed was beyond anything else. We advised we had our own mortgage broker but this was not good enough. They kept harassing myself knowing I'm pregnant. So then continued to haras my husband and then go as far as our mortgage broker.Meghan who was probably the worst needs retraining in customer service, alongside Sharon and other female members of that we spoke with. The way they treated us and spoke to use made us feel like there was racism behind it as I'm in a mixed relationship and felt like we were specifically attacked to not warrant the house. Which is why after not even 24hrs of advising us we were successful they told us they had given the property to someone else.Our insurance broker advised they have been doing this for 25 years and NEVER experienced anything like this. This company is disgraceful. We will never be using them again.Reading 1 star reviews from previous people's experience looks like they haven't learnt from their mistakes yet have gotten worse especially now adding on racism to the list of disgusting reviews.

As a landlord of a property in Lichfield I cannot recommend Lovett (and in particular Margaret and Tracey) highly enough. I have been with Lovett for longer than I can remember and they have not only always satisfactorily resolved any issues that have arisen throughout and during tenancies but have also managed multiple changes in tenants for me very successfully with a smooth and quick transition. 5/5 Stars for all the team at Lovett!

Great experience with Lovett & Co. Whilst encountering multiple problems with solicitors, Sandra and Grace never let us down, always keeping in contact and providing regular updates. They go above and beyond for their clients and I would definitely recommend.

We used Lovett's as they were our local Estate agent and we like to keep it local, our sale went on for several months with plenty of up's and down's along the way, through every twist and turn all the staff were excellent and nothing was too much effort,I must give special thanks to Sandra who became someone i spoke to daily, she constantly went above and beyond her role, she liased with both other estate agents and buyers and sellers to try and get the sale over the line...she was simply AMAZING!
