This company is a scam and is ripping people off.I work for the FTA for insurance companies and people have complained to trading standards and they have contacted me to investigate.I have spoken to them using a different name and information and they tried to rip me off by putting the price up by calling them up.I will be taking legal action out on this company city insurance.

Cancelled buildings insurance due to property sale but they charged a cancellation fee that was the same. Avoid this company at all costs. They rip you off. Organise cover yourself direct.

Warning never use this insurance company, they don't deserve the 1 star review and I could go on and on how bad this company are. Never hand over any money to elaborate scam of a company, worse i ever dealt with and if your reading this, your either know exactly, what they are, or you nearly got stung by this legal, somehow, I must state. How they can keep getting away with it and are still in business, I don't know. Warning again never hand over your hard earned money.

Do not use this company, they cancelled our Van insurance after they supposedly wanted to 'confirm the correct mileage', after they tried emailing but we never recieved any emails, only the one cancelling the policy for no reason. They had no number on file to call us either which is strange. Charging us £90 for cancelling our policy which we did not agree too, and only giving us a discount on that if we renew with them at an extortionate rate, con artists! We have been driving around with no insurance for weeks because of this company, if something had serious had happened then we would be in serious trouble. Disgusting way to do business.

phoned into get cover for a Focus RS and the phone was answered promptly, politely and quickly. I would highly recommend them

Had a quote on compare the market these were the cheapest for a reason, they will find a excuse to cancel the insurance and charge a £200 fee!

I do not recommend this insurance company. It's a shame that there is no option to not give stars at all. I had an accident three weeks ago that was not my fault. My car is totally loose. I still haven't received any money or hire a car. They are rude on the phone. I will be writing an official complaint.
