I have booked this session for the Sports Massage with SAM who was really professional, friendly & made me feel so comfortable, relaxed & did really good job. I have had problems with back pain & muscle tension & I was feeling very stiff as I have had a long hour flight from New Zealand. After having the session, My body feels more relaxed & less tense. If you're looking for an amazing deep tissue massage experience, look no further than Mike! I recently had the pleasure of receiving a massage from him, and I can honestly say it was one of the best massages I've ever had. Mike's calming presence and attention to detail put me in a relaxed state of mind before he even began the massage. He took the time to ask me about any areas of tension or discomfort I was experiencing, and tailored the massage to focus on those specific areas. The massage itself was nothing short of incredible. Mike's hands seemed to intuitively find every knot and tight muscle in my body, and he applied the perfect amount of pressure to release any tension. While it was definitely a deep tissue massage, it never felt uncomfortable or painful - just incredibly therapeutic. Throughout the massage, Mike checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable and adjusted the pressure as needed. He also incorporated some stretching into the massage, which helped to increase my flexibility and mobility. All of the tension and stress that I had been carrying in my body seemed to just melt away, leaving me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Mike’s the guy!

Tea with Mike, well it felt like Tea with Mike except there was pain and some yelling involved!!Mike was great, nice introduction to himself, his work and what Zeer Therapy are about. We both got talking about history, fitness, exercise and all. Mike made me feel welcomed and valued, really liked the first session with him, was painful but effective, something I require on a regular basis. I will definitely be booking future sessions, good service all round, Mike was a Pro!

Sam is super attentive. I had the sports massage. Has the most amazing techniques. I was feeling really low and in quite a bit of pain before the massage. Afterwards I felt so rejuvenated. I requested a strong massage and it certainly achieved the results I wanted. But also when I needed it to be different of a temperament it was so well adjusted.I have a lot of massages from different places and I would have to say that - this was my favourite indeed… very very impressed.
