American golf Bolton are by far up there with one of the best when it comes to customer service. Always more than happy to help. I’ve had a few minor issues with clubs that Manchester haven’t ever entertained and have told me they cannot help. Every time I come into the middlebrook branch they are always help to help and go above and beyond, Jonny being just one name mentioned. If you’re looking at buying anything golf related these guys will make sure you’re looked after.

The worst golf store I’ve ever visited. Disinterested staff, everything is too much effort, the store looks a mess with gaps all over the displays. Asked to try some shoes and was told they were a nightmare to dig out, no joke or smile! I must have been an inconvenience. I asked how much and was told about 120ish, I asked for specific price and the assistant looked like I’d just ask him to pay for them for me. His price guess was only £50 out.I didn’t buy them. The other assistant didn’t manage to take his chin out of his hands leaning with his elbows on the till. It’s sad how such good brands are represented so poorly.

A decent enough level of stock but AG always quite expensive.Staff need to let customer get through the door before jumping on them.Too chatty and pushy, and never remember you so have the same conversation once a month.

I can't recommend this store enough. I was assessed on the store golf simulator for a new set of golf clubs. The assistants were very helpful and helped me pick the best brand, shaft flexibility and club weight distribution for my swing. I can now hit long drives on the fairway & hit consistent approach shots. Special thanks and a shout out to Lewis and Michael.

Ordered over £2000 of golf clubs 6 weeks ago and was quoted 5 weeks wait time and if there where any delays I would be contacted.Rang this morning asking for tracking info and was told someone would check and call me back. Didn't receive a phone call so had to drive to the shop after work losing 2 hours in traffic.When I arrived I was told there was only 2 staff so no one could go in the back and check that's why no one phoned me. Within 2 minutes they checked the computer at the front of the store and informed me they where due today but because there was only 2 staff all deliveries where cancelled.To add to this disappointment they are apparently officially closed for the next 3 days so I will only receive them on Monday.Don't expect to receive your order on time and don't expect to be told the truth by the staff. I advise getting fitted for clubs and order then from somewhere else like Clarkes golf as they are always well staffed and receive deliveries everyday.I will be buying gear elsewhere in future and getting a refund if I don't receive my clubs on Monday.

Middlebrook shop service superb but be aware of ordering through shop for item to be delivered. Poor communication and just had phone put down on me by head office customer service as they cannot find if my order has been shipped or not. Been told 24/48 hours for head office Manager to call you back
