Prime-Finish cleaning services

We had a leaky gutter for a couple of years, and had numerous people come and look at it and charge us lots of money to attempt to fix it, all unsuccessfully. My mother-in-law then told me that Will from Prime Finish had cleaned and fixed her gutters recently, so we decided to give them a go. Past experience meant I didn't hold much hope for the gutter being fixed, but coupled with a clean, it seemed like a worthwhile thing to have Will also check out if he could fix it.I was impressed with how much time Will took inspecting, fixing and then testing the gutter - no one who had previously attempted a fix had bothered to test it. It made me feel that Will actually cared.Unfortunately, only a day later we had heavy rain and we realised the gutter was still leaking. I planned to contact Will to ask for advice, but as luck had it, I bumped into him by chance. I mentioned the leak and he was clearly gutted. He was convinced he had fixed it. I asked for advice, and he ended up coming round to the house a couple of days later, in the pouring rain, and getting back up his ladder to have another look. He identified another problem, which was more apparent in the heavy rain. He made another repair, and low and behold, it has been fine ever since. He also wouldn't take any more money, clearly happy he had managed to fix the problem.I would totally recommend Prime Finish to anyone with gutter issues, and I believe that Will's other services also benefit from the same level professionalism, honesty and hard work that he demonstrated with our gutter.Thanks Will!
