From Manchester. Came down to brum for an event and my phone was smashed to bits. Ash fixed it in a matter of hours at a reasonable price too! Cheers guys

I would advise everyone to avoid them.Two days after I got the phone back, I took it out of a side coat pocket to find a large crack running across the screen. It hadn't fallen or hit anything. I bought two phones of him in the last year, very helpful and the phones were spot on, I'm from Sheffield and he posted me my iPhone x. Very trustworthy person. He is an A rated seller and sells quality phones. Anybody reading this review I strongly recommend use phone giant.

Family still awaiting payment for order number 3114063 from 20th December from their website. Now Feb 13th. No reply to emails or phone calls. Come on guys, play fair.

Sent the mrs in to drop her phone off for repair , guy quotes £140 for a iphone 11 pro max screen replacement to then call back and say the display board" is faulty and it's an extra £60 pound . I rang the store and had a few words with who ever answered to be given answers that don't make sense and sounded like nothing but nonsense . Collected the phone as I wasn't happy with the quote I was getting . I then took it to a shop up the road who charged me £120 for the screen replacement and no signs of a damaged "display board" . Crooks . Preying on women to make an extra buck . Guy said he's been repairing phones on the road for 25 years lol ! Ain't got a bloody clue"

Amazing deals. I loved that they gave me a good value for my phone no babbling straight to the point. I would I highly recommend this as its most trusted then any online website.

The in-store location is just off a roundabout, due to this and the severly busy traffic near by it is hard to find a parking space.The men running the shop show a fair amount of courtesy, they are direct and straight to the point and offer standard repair prices.Decent work, turn around times and prices for the area.The shop front itself is very pleasent, with both AC and heating, leading to an ideal temperature at all times.A very nice local phone shop.If I remember correctly they do not take card, only cash.

I bought my phone from here in 2019. Excellent service and excellent phone: Samsung Note 9. Its still going strong in 2022 without any problems.I asked for a screen protector after paying for the new phone. I walked out forgetting to to pay for the screen protector. No one chased me down! I returned having realised & had a good laugh with him.
