Amazing few weeks spent with Alan, I have quite bad anxiety mainly focusing on my health and Alan was able to get me to calm down. I went in fairly skeptical of the entire process but honestly after the first session I already started to feel better. I would say if your curious about this as a treatment for anything just go for it. I will be heading back to Alan for other things I would like to get help with. Thank you Alan

Alan is brilliant and the Hypnotherapy sessions really worked well for me. I reconnected with my self confidence that had been eroded and built great resilience through these sessions. I’d been to Alan for fear of flying which was hugely successful and returned with my son who was experiencing anxiety prior to P7 tests. After the session he was much more relaxed and no longer had problems getting to sleep, and it greatly relaxed and calmed him. I’ve been for a ‘top up’ session after a stressful flying experience and once again, find myself much more relaxed and confident as a whole. To be honest, I’d highly recommend a session to everyone as a useful tool for relaxing and helping to practice mindfulness as we all do our best to navigate such busy lives.

I climbed Irelands highest mountain summer past with 3 of my kids - without your skills I probably wouldn't be here never mind hiking mountains with my adult off-spring. I visited Alan at Easter due to high stress levels and over eating. Through his session and follow up tapes which equipped me with the he stress handling methods I needed, my stress levels have diminished and I have lost 2 1/2 stones in 4 months.
