We knew we wanted an Alphard already and he ensured we had the right car at the right price and I couldn't be happier with it. We have had so many happy memories already in our Alphard. I must admit I am not the easiest customer, whenever I buy something that I don’t buy everyday “Like a car” I do a lot of research to understand the specs of what I am buying and more important whom I am buying it from, my objective is always to achieve the best value for money. I have been in the market for over 8 months looking for an Alphard and I have been talking to a lot of sellers, importers, traders, private sellers, I have found too many dodgy people out there and when you start asking them all the right questions about the car history, mileages, documents extras they start to be angry or just disappear. The only one who showed an outstanding confidence in his cars, he answered all the questions in all honesty, he showed me all the documents I requested, he showed a very high level of understanding to the customer’s requirements and he went above and beyond to achieve the customer’s satisfaction, that seller is Paul from New Acre Cars. Amazing!! I have purchased many vehicles over the years but I have never had an experience with a car dealer like this!!!!It started with a lengthy phone call where I set out exactly what I was looking for from my new family car, Paul listened to all my requirements and talked to me openly and honestly about my requests, refreshingly there was no hard sell and none of the usual car dealer spiel.A week later we were on a 160 mile trip to see an Alphard that was supposed to tick all the boxes and it did not disappoint, again there was never any hard sell, all very relaxed and every request had been listened to resulting in me purchasing an Alphard with every option I had asked for.From the start Paul built our relationship on honesty and made me feel valued, which is very rare these days and since my purchase continues to provide support and advice.I have had many people ask me about my Toyota Alphard, I have recommended New Acre Cars on many occasions and will continue to do so.I will be forever thankful for Paul’s honesty and knowledge, If I ever decide to upgrade I will return to New Acre Cars without hesitation.

We spent a few hours with Paul at New Acre Cars June 2019,having just sold our Bongo which had served us well for 14 years,we needed something a bit better,reliability,just a bit bigger,and most importantly great after sales service and knowledge.Having done our homework we choose three companies to visit over a week,and then make a decision.Paul was our first,and the only dealer we needed to meet.Giving us his undivided attention and knowledge for over three hours,we chose our 3.0 Alphard,arranged for under sealing and a tow bar,and drove back to Leeds feeling very happy with ourselves.We collected in September and have been smiling ever since.We recently took it back for its first MOT,just prior to his move,and look forward to getting our head unit changed or upgraded to apple car play,when he’s ready to roll out that service. Fantastic service from new acres. Had a LPG system installed and very happy with it. Has been faultless. Also had a door cable replaced amd my Alphard undersealed and ill be travelling from Essex to visit them for a MOT and service when its due. Again i would highly recommend them

Paul couldn’t have been more helpful and kept us informed at all stages of the preparation and purchase of our Alphard. The vehicle was excellent in all respects.
