Nice collection of clothes, good service

Absolutely terrible experience. They had a whole year to make my bridal outfit but only got samples in 5 months after - which were wrong!! They were absolutely nothing that I had asked for and I found out they made no notes- so they literally ordered random samples. They came up with a million excuses for my outfit running late - usually different religious festivals. They were all incredibly rude people who promised call backs on several occasions but never did. My outfit ended up arriving LATE, not what I asked for and they STILL charged me full price after a very traumatic experience. It was seriously overpriced for what I got in the end - it wasn't even what I wanted. Don't bother going here if you want to end up paying for rubbish service and for an outfit that you didn't ask for which turns up late.

Ordered several outfits from here for family weddings as well as my sisters having their bridal outfits designed by the ever so talented Bubs and Taj. These girls know their stuff; they’re honest and design outfits around what suits you and you’re comfortable in - not like the typical shops in the area who simply try to flog you their most expensive outfits. Had several fittings until the wedding week and attention to detail is amazing. Everything from the initial design appointment up until the last fitting was done perfectly. Can’t wait to go back and order again!

Phone was stolen from shop by staff members who then lied about the shop being closed since April when clearly the shop was open. When approached again about the phone they acted like they didn't have a clue. Be careful with personal belongings you might think your getting value for money when they're stealing away

Good product but worst customer service experience of a lifetime. Staff need to be trained up on how to speak and deal with customers in a professional manner and a bit of the customer is always right". Would definitely recommend the product but not the customer service so would not return."

Went for my bridal dress... Had my entourage...staff dedicated their time... Had a wonderful experience...the first lengha I wore... And I fell in love with it... Had the top changed to a corset... To complement my body... after 3 months it arrived... As agreed.... Was slightly loose...but I did drop weight... Stress of wedding... They did fitting... Fit like a gloves... Absolutely beautiful...plus they worked with my budget...to keep the cost Slightly down...but not to compromise on the quality... Was a wonderful experience... I heard so much about horrors of finding the dress for the wedding... But couldn't believe how easy I found the while experience...Thank you

Don't make the mistake and order from Chiffons. Worst service and worst people you will ever come across. Please save yourself from the heartbreak and humiliation/disappointment these so called reputable business will cause you. Please save yourself
