The gym feels like a family and you are immediately invited into the fold. Generally just love the place, fun, engaging, challenging, scalable for your ability and fitness levels. Our 6 and 8 year old boys also attend the Crossfit Kids classes which they love, its their thing and its carried over into how they view exercise generally and how much fun it can be. Thanks Joe and the Mercia team!
