Eton T-Shirt Co cannot be faulted!We first used them last month having been recommended them by a close friend. The entire process was simple and straight forward from start to finish. We selected the items we wanted from in-house and showed the design we required before emailing it over. With no bother at-all, our order was complete and ready to collect the next working day (as promised).Due the exceptional service we received, it was without question that we would be using them again. This happened to be this week, unplanned and at short notice! I emailed ahead to inform them that we required some last minute t-shirts printed by the weekend and would this be possible? Of course it was, they even prepared our vinyl ahead of arrival as they still had our design on file from our previous order!As planned I dropped the goods in as soon as I received delivery and as promised our design was prepped and ready to be transferred. As this was only a small order, taking a only a few minutes due to their one step ahead mindset, our items were complete and bagged up in only a matter of minutes. Saving me another journey to collect!All in all an outstanding service from a well run business!THANK YOU!

Worst experience I’ve had with a simple order. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all, here’s why. 1) they messed up a simple design for a bulk order of 70 t-shirt’s, and then the owner tried to justify it by blaming me, the customer. They couldn’t even get the color right, which was just a dark blue. I gave them the exact print and design I wanted. 2) the print looked messy and it wasn’t even aligned. The worst part is that the quality was awful, the colors were blotchy and they didn’t even give us all the right T-shirt sizes. 3) they sent me mock ups of exactly what I wanted, but didn’t deliver and I had to show them THEIR mock up to compare them to the awful finished product. Why would I place an order from a mock up and then not get what I was promised? 4) some of the shirts had black stains on them and we had to wait an additional two hours for them to redo those shirts. Not okay. 5) To make matters worse, the order came out to £800. They apparently don’t care about what they are selling, it’s not worth it. I’ll never come back to this place. They not only wasted my time and money, but I also couldn’t believe the lack of acknowledgment for their mistakes. Thanks for making our students pay for your unprofessional, awful job.

Eton T-Shirts is an excellent clothing printing and design business. The customer service is exceptional and the quality of the clothing and work is superb. It is a real breath of fresh air to call into a place like this to experience genuine customer care, as opposed to online ordering. Highly recommended to visit!

All in all, an awful experience. We had so many problems in dealing with Eton T-Shirt Co.Initially, it was all good, and hence why we decided to use their services. But as the order was being fulfilled, various problems came to light.Namely:- Delay times and a lack of communication as to when the orders would be processed, and finished to pick up- No manners when dealing with me as their customer, and being beyond rude- Blaming me for other issues which are out of my control- Complaining and continuing to be rude when I added more orders from students who needed uniform, as the initial order was taking so long to fulfil- They couldn't be bothered to match the right colour vinyl for my branding (the blue was clearly too dark). It was only after going to another supplier,where they mentioned that it is an easy thing to do, they just didn't want to order the colour we needed in- When the uniform was printed, out of the circa 27 items I ordered, at least half were faulty, and had to be returned. They were not fit to give to my students at all. The printing had been done in such a way that the logos were crumpled, and couldn't be straightened out, it looked as if each one was scrunched up on purpose- Some of the printing had bits missing from the branding- Charging us extra for a few plastic bags with names on, without my permissionPlus much more...As a result, this managed to delay giving my students their uniform by well over a month.I've had to go to another local supplier, which has since proven 100 times better, and could not fault their service at all, and this is how customers should be treated. Not the way we have been treated by Eton T-Shirt Co.The long and short is - Avoid at all costs!

Really refreshing to see such exceptional customer service, coupled with superb value for money. Having called around to other providers, Eton T-Shirt Co really stood out in terms of service and couldn't have done more to help me. Really friendly and helpful staff, and I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends and colleagues.Thank you heaps for really helping me out, as I was on a really tight schedule!
