Anglesea Dental

I have been coming to this dental practice for 50 years and have always been treated well.Recently it has changed to Anglesey Dental but has kept Karan and his wife.Karan is great he always explains everything so clearly and he has a lovely personality.I found the receptionist very friendly and helpful

Never thought I would found going to a dentist a pleasant experience.Pleasant helpful receptionist, Mr Karin was very gentle and caring and professional .Thank you to all the staff.

The Gentleman dentist and assistance put me at ease and carried out detail work keeping me informed in a calm manner.I have asked to be kept with him, great service, thank you.

My son had an appointment booked here to have some baby teeth removed, he had previously been seen and had xrays done before the appointment so the dentist knew the placement of the teeth. We arrived and were waiting 40mins to be seen, nobody told us they were running late. When we finally got to see the dentist he decided not to do anything and refer my son to the orthodontist instead. I missed work and my son missed school just to be sent back with nothing being done even though the dentist would of been sully aware of the teeth placement before we arrived for the appointment.

My teeth haven’t looked this clean for years. The hygienist was very considerate and made sure that I understood what was going on and any side effects I might experience afterwards,.

My dentist was stuck in traffic.Reception staff were very good in letting me know what was going on. My dentist is lovely and very good

I've been a NHS patient at this surgery for 50 years, told at my last appointment that all the dentists had resigned so there was nobody to do my check up in the future. A really poor show, loyalty counts for nothing.

I would second the other reviews about them only offering emergency appointments majority of last year and now taking patients off their register because they have crossed the threshold of 3 years , bearing in mind in those three years we had various lockdowns, so many people were asked to shelter for a long period and the restrictions around who can go where , and even if you had common cold, you weren't to see a medical professional , face to face. Unfortunately you cannot see a dentist online like the GP so many had to go without dental care for majority of this period. Covid restrictions were fully removed only in march 22 after which this practice has only offered emergency appointments. I'm certain they have taken off a large chunk of their NHS patients as a result of this.They think it's fair to remove patients off register when a good part of this time there was no appointments available. Its disappointing . We have been at this practice for over a decade and seen it go through changes ,but I did not think they will resort to this sort of underhanded practice. The person I spoke to at the reception actually even lied and said they were open throughout last year for normal appointments other than just two months . Again untrue and very dishonest.Also I would urge anyone who has had a similar experience to please post a review here and on other platforms as I feel the scale if their recent deregistration of NHS patients is massive and it needs to be highlighted.
