I would like to give a massive shout out to Chloe in sales. Prior to attending the store she was very helpful over the phone in assisting me. At the store she provided top quality customer service which is something lacking everywhere so very happy with her service. I went in to purchase a softshell jacket with embroidery her attention to detail to second to none as someone with high expectation she realised this and took it upon herself to make sure this was achieved. As there was delays with the designers side she updated me every step of the way as i was informed before it would take upto 2 weeks she managed to get the embroidery done for me in in a matter of 3 days which i can only thank her for. When someone provides genuine exceptional service throughout they deserve recognition. So thank you very much Chloe i'll be sending everyone your way.

Bunch of incompetent useless idiots! They advertise next day delivery and have products on website and after a week time , still haven.t received my full order. They have sent me different size of trousers although they HAD my size on website , they DID NOT sent me a long sleeve top , telling me they actually don.t do it anymore . But it was AVAILABLE on the website. They took the money straight away on Saturday , informing me the order shall come between 10am and 5 pm on Sunday and now over the phone they.re saying they don.t work Saturday and Sunday , even though on GOOGLE they advertise their store as OPEN . DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

Excellent service.Wide range of products from budget to top quality high grade clothing. Good range of sizes available. Also accessories such as dust masks, safety glasses and footwear covers etc.Store perfectly laided out, very tidy and clean. Even has a fitting room to try on the clothing and footwear.I run a cleaning company and we struggle to get a full range of sizes for work trousers, especially the smaller ones but this store had a great range and they ordered the few that they didn't have in that day.Overall a great experience. I managed to obtain numerous products for my business today which saved me a lot of time and the customer service assistant who helped me Yousaf was very patient and helpful. The other staff were very helpful too.They also offer branding for your business clothing which I will be using when we need new t-shirts for our business.I would highly recommend this company and I will definitely be using them again in the future and recommending them to other companies I am involved with .

Excellent customer service, the attendant went out his way to provide good service and even have a discount at the end.Also the shop was well stocked with quality worker wear. Brilliant

Drove over 30min specifically for this store. Says it shuts at 5:00 I got here at 4:00 and it was shut. Update your times!

2 out of the 3 people I spoke to in store were extremely rude and condescending. Stuart and Younis have got a authority complex going on, both thinking they are better then other. This store main priority is their bottom line and nothing else, customer service doesn’t even come into the equation with them. Especially after their sales advisor recommended the product to me after explaining my needs to them and then when the product fit for purpose, it’s made out to be my fault. Did even ask for a refund just a product that would be fit for purpose. Would much rather shop anywhere else even it meant paying a bit more for a product as long as the customer service was on point unlike these lot at this store.

Really good customer service despite an issue fulfilling my order. Basically an order I placed couldn't be delivered owing to a stock problem. I was informed of this within a hour of placing my order and given the option of a full refund or to wait a week for an update. Just over a week later and it became apparent the German supplier was unable to provide stock for another 6 weeks or so at which point I took the option to cancel the order. Full, informative communication provided to me and the refund back on my card that very day. Faultless service and based on this I'd happily recommend Bodyguard to my colleagues.

Ordered trousers on Friday paid £20.83 on top of the cost of the clothing for next day delivery as I needed them for a Saturday nightshift and nothing turned up,Absolute wasters

Ordered a safety helmet, paid via telephone, nothing turned up after 1 month. Chased with a promise of a callback, nothing. Called again, greeted with a staff member who was training, asked for supervisor, apparently they’re all at lunch.Said i wanted a refund, only after informing them i would report this transaction to my credit card did they take it seriously!Avoid.

I was waiting 2 weeks for a delivery which supposed to be a next day delivery because they’ve wrote a wrong address on the parcel! Customer service was very unsupportive! After first week of waiting I was calling them every day, just to hear more lies and promises that the parcel will be delivered next day! It took another week for the parcel to be delivered! They were blaming the currier all along. They didn’t even bother to call me to sort this out! At the end I was suggesting that I deserve a discount for all the distress but I’ve been told that they cannot do this for me. They didn’t even apologise for the inconvenience!
