From the first visit to completion they listened to my requests and the end result fully met my expectation. The installation was carried out to a very high standard and the CCTV system supplied is easy to operate. i came across these guys on ebay from the first contact with them to more since then, they were friendly helpful and happy to help so much so i wanted to see a hikvision ptz camera in the flesh they obliged asked if i could give them 2 hrs and they rigged one up for me to see live footage so glad i did what a great piece of kit it is and bought it there and then.when i have emailed they have always got back to me when i have rung if they cant talk they have got back to me.if you are looking for cctv etc i would highly recommend giving them a trymany thanksbaz

Iain and Jonny were very helpful beyond after-sales care and have strong industry knowledge. Kit is well priced and offers great value for money for most domestic and small business installs. Would happily use again and certainly recommend.

Sells kits with faulty cables in. Spent 5 hours installing cables to find not one works. I called and the man I spoke to knew about the issue and then hung up on Me. I called back and the director answered who was just as unhelpful. He offered £34 refund even tho the cables are £64 to replace in screwfix or a replacement set sending which wouldn’t be here for days which was no good. It’s going to take me hours to replace cables and he wasn’t even good enough to accept paying £30 as a good will.I can’t wait as the job needs completing today and I don’t want your cheap sh*te cables.BEWARE!!!

It's rare that I give reviews but I had to in this case. Over the years I have purchased a variety of CCTV equipment for my home, the last being a Swann unit that oozed unreliability and the customer support was poor.I noticed that a lot of commercial premises had Hikvision installed so I thought it was worth pursuing. I ordered Hikvision equipment from Global CCTV and as they had advised the quality of the System was second to none.After my experience with Swann there was always the thought that I might be sold the equipment by Global and then after the sale the customer service rapidly declines but I must say this is definitely not the case.Every time I have called Global CCTV I have had a first class customer experience with all members of staff. I have to specifically thank Jonny who has helped me on several occasions to resolve issues that I have had with my system. Jonny has been an effective communicator, excellent problem solver, extremely patient and I have never had the sense that he wants to get the customer off the phone as soon as possible (he genuinely wants the problem resolved).Thank you Global CCTV and Jonny you will be highly recommended!

First found CCTV Global on a web search back in 2015 after deciding I wanted to install the HikVision system. The pricing was and has always been fantastic but the after sales is outstanding. I am based in Newcastle Upon Tyne and over the seven years since installing the system, I have had one or two issues, (nothing lasts forever) but the team have always been a call away to find a solution. Similarly I continue to receive excellent advice with regards to upgrades and have now started to replace some of the older cameras with the new colour night vision models.Cannot recommend this company enough.

A Really wonderful experience from beginning to end. The quote was lower than our normal security provider. They arrived to the minute at the time they said they would and explained everything thoroughly once installation was complete. They didn't try to sell any useless extras. Our premises presented some challenges to the guys but these were easily overcome, and they quickly and professionally installed some of the latest equipment for a very competitive price. The whole experience was made so easy with clear communication and excellent customer service. The after care has also been second to none, and we have always been able to get answers over the phone, or an engineer over to us very promptly.
