Outstanding service from start to finish.Prompt visit to measure, quote arrived in good time and we were consulted about a start date.The two fitters, Luke & Steve were amazing, absolute stars, polite, considerate and obviously skilled at their work. They explained what they were doing, how long it would take and cleaned up at the end of each day.The finished windows exceeded our expectations - Very Happy with Camel Glass.

Visited the showroom to choose my items and found the staff to be a bit busy and unable to devote much attention to me. However, after researching on various websites and visiting other local showrooms, I eventually knew exactly what I wanted. My supply only orders were ready quite quickly and delivered promptly although there was only one man to lift the extremely heavy sliding doors, which meant I had to rustle up a man to help him, and still they struggled. My front door was a fitted service and the fitter arrived on time and was very pleasant. He did a lovely job and cleaned up all his mess and I'm thrilled with the result.I would recommend Camel Glass, but if you are buying supply only, make sure you have a strong helper on site!

We would highly recommend Camel Glass. Lee and Malcolm installed integral blinds and window sills at our holiday home in St Ives. They were punctual, clean and tidy and nothing was too much trouble for them when it came to helping us.

Replacement composite doorGreat service from Camel Glass. Quick to visit then to follow up on the survey, and 3 weeks to installation. What a difference a new door makes. Smartens up the house. Love how quietly it closes now. Fitters were great, nothing too much trouble and cleaned up after themselves. And all for a competitive price. Thank you.

Waited quite a long time for the glass and doors, but the team came twice and did a great job, left everything tidy and made good around the new doors too.

Asked to get a quote to replace two dome windows on a flat roof about two months ago. Came and measured. Not heard anything since. Not recommended

Camel fitted a new door for us recently, they had changed the design without our consent and the door has the wrong handles, not the ones we are billed for, still waiting for replacement handles several months later, cannot fault the quality of the door but the communications appear very broken.
