A fantastic service all around!The booking process was really easy and the staff are very responsive to queries and helpful tips to make the moving process as smooth as possible.On the day of our move, the removals team got straight on with the job and delivered an excellent service. They were friendly and helpful. In addition, they went above and beyond for us as we had some difficulties with our washing machine when we moved it over.HCR were great value for a fantastic service.

I would very much recommend HCR removals company. They were first class moving me from the east Midlands to the north east. Also I would like to say a special thankyou to Wayne Tom,Regan,and Derek who were very professional, friendly and done a first class job.

Wayne, Aiden, Mark and Reagan were professional, flexible and accommodating, and did their jobs with good humour. They are absolutely brilliant! HCR did a great job for us for our move in Heaton, Newcastle. Their quote was competitive and they were quick to respond to queries. They provided all boxes we needed, even dropping them off in advance. The removal was handled by Tom and Doggie. They were excellent - thorough, attentive and hard working. They were also very friendly and were a credit to their company. Would definitely recommend.

Extremely helpful from start to finish despite issues with the move from other parties. Everyone was very accommodating of our situation and efficient and helpful with packing and unpacking. Would highly recommend.

Recently moved my mam which was a very large move. This is our first time moving I don’t really like writing negative reviews but a lot of her furniture was broken which was really expensive or items scratched. The lads were nice good banter but spoilt a lot of furniture with chipping or smashed items although they were boxed well.I have given 3 stars as it was a difficult move and the lads were nice but I would not give full stars for the care and attention. We did go mid range for price quote but ended up paying top price as furniture had to go in storage with wait time due to the completion date being late. Things do get broken which I understand with such a big move but the move larger items were packed well.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Richard and Claire were extremely helpful with the quotes and dates etc. The packing service the day before was efficient and well done as after unpacking after a 180 mile journey everything was in order. Wayne and Aiden were our movers on the day. Smashing chaps who worked hard and were friendly. Price wise our quote was very reasonable. Excellent service all round. Thank you

Wayne and Dougie were a couple of absolute super stars and we couldn't thank them enough. From the minute they turned up 30mins early they were fast,calm and couldn't do enough for us. We felt very lucky to get 2 lads as helpful as they were for our move. Thankyou chaps!!
