I recently purchased a car from the dealership in CarStore Peterborough and I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service I received, particularly from Michael, the sales advisor who assisted me throughout the entire process. From the beginning, Michael's friendly and upbeat attitude made me feel welcomed and excited about owning my new car. He kept me constantly updated with clear communication, ensuring I was informed about any changes, requests, or next steps. His transparency and willingness to provide as much information as I desired were truly impressive, and he promptly addressed any questions or concerns I had. Great experience part exchanging my car. Paul was patient and professional. Test drive was very welcoming and easy, part exchange valuation was very reasonable and finalising the purchase was smooth and efficient. Recommended!

If I could give this company a 0 star, I would. I actually wrote a lovely review when I first purchased my car back in July 2023. 3 weeks later I noticed an issue, so I emailed the company and had no response. Eventually we managed to get hold of someone and the whole time I was made out like it was my issue and I caused it. This was not the case, eventually they had the tracking checked by their 'trusted' garage, to which they did not fix the issue (even though they told me it did, but they didn't even test drive it when it came back!). I took the car to my local garage who actually did fix the issue. Myself and my dad (who was dealing with this for me) were made out to be the issue by Matthew Holden, as he wouldn't accept any responsibility for what had happened, nor his staff issues. This person is apparently the highest point of contact, so if you wish to complain about him GOOD LUCK! (it's pretty much impossible as head office just refer all complaints about him, back to him!)The company are completely bias and unethical, they do not actually care after you have purchased from them.DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! and certainly do not trust Matthew Holden to deal with your complaint, because he will find every way to get out of dealing with it and class it as 'resolved' even though it isn't.

I had been looking for a car for nearly 4 months and found the perfect car for me at Car Store. Paul was my advisor and gave me great customer service. He was very supportive and genuinely interested in getting me back on the road. I would definitely recommend Car Store to anyone. Friendly, supportive and approachable staff.
