Just a painful , deeply frustrating & underwhelming customer experience with lack of finesse & professionalism.Booking process took a month to confirm- Pitman takes a few hours !Phone calls & emails often not responded to - Pitman always respond within an hour !Requested reasonable adjustment which is very simple to accommodate & made an unnecessary issue of it - Pitman bent over backwards to accommodate me.Thankfully have now been able to return to Pitman.****Please sort out your basic processes & systems ******** Life is difficult enough. Make It easy for customers. It shouldn't feel like jumping through hoops to book an exam ******

Very helpful staff at the Wimbledon office - always quick responses - particularly in this very difficult year of assessments etc. Would recommend T&E for home schooling candidates.

Made the whole experience of booking gcse exams so easy ,explaining things to me even if I asked the same question more than once ! An absolute shambles for providing GCSE results (school using Wimbledon Exam Centre). Results not available at 8am, their system had crashed, incomplete results, English results not clarified until days later.An UTTER FAILURE for the most important day of the year. How can an organisation screw-up so badly? I just hope their release of A level results was on time and perfect as students who have not made grades need immediate to take action to secure their University place.

I am sitting in the waiting room of the Wimbledon office right now (May 25th 2022) and three unfortunate students repeatedly come out of the exam room saying their laptops are not working ( I presume they have an allowance for WP use). They all look miserable and very distressed. The invigilator is desperately trying to get IT support on the phone next to me now, but this conversation has been going on now for 15 minutes....and to no avail.To the credit of staff, they clearly are doing all they can to rectify the situation and they obviously feel alot of sympathy for the kids. I gather the IT systems are outsourced. I've asked the centre manager to give me an update when she has one, and will update in due course.

Our experience with T&E has been fantastic from the beginning of the process to the end. The company is responsive, helpful and very well organised. Claire is patient and professional. Our students received the support they needed in these stressful times. Thank you!
